Challenge

Jessa Hospital was facing a major archiving problem. Documents were scattered across multiple locations, including a rented building and a large archive in the former National Bank in Hasselt. When this building had to make way for the new hospital building, a large part of the available archive space disappeared. In addition, the leases on other locations were expiring and employees responsible for archive management were retiring. It was therefore the ideal moment to structurally rethink archive management and prepare it for the future.

Solution

To tackle the space problem structurally, Jessa chose Youston as its partner for outsourcing the archive. The project involved the relocation and registration of more than 1,300 pallet boxes and additional archive meters.
