Through iGuana iDM’s fully configurable interface, you can look up documents using a Google-like search engine and easily find related documents, giving you access to all relevant files in one place. In addition, you can always find the latest version of each document and view its complete history. Take notes, add comments or post-its and easily index each document simply by pointing out words in it, all in one place.
This software even allows you to process various types of documents & forms in multiple languages, using powerful Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR), Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) and barcode recognition technology, and extract necessary data.
